While they may not sell Slingshots- they were still willing to help with the services needed which is greatly appreciated.

Financed a 2020 ktm exc-f 500 through them that they got on a trade in.(over $11,000) They wouldn’t let me test ride it. They said the bike was completely gone through and was ready to go. The bike wouldn’t start when I went to ride it home. They jumped the battery instead of giving me a new one. Was dead 2 days later. I called and the lady on the phone was overly disrespectful. I went in to the store and had to argue back and forth for about 30 minutes to finally get them to put a new batter in it for free. They said if the alternator wasn’t charging the new battery they were gonna rip up my contract to avoid any more problems. I told them if the alternator was bad they were gonna replace that too. They sold me a bike that was “ready to go” for a very high price. And they weren’t willing to make it right. (They knew they didn’t go through the bike at all.) Oil was black. Could fit 4 fingers in my chain. They didn’t put the seat back on correctly after putting battery in. Popped off on me while I was riding. Every bolt on the bike was loose. And now after a week of having the bike and putting about 4 hours on it. Check engine lights on. I will never go to north end for anything other than gloves, goggles, and helmets. They don’t give a shit what there selling you. They just want that signature.

We took our 2018 ranger xp 1000 in for a few issues and check up and the service was excellent. Can't say enough about the great service. They fixed an ongoing issue we've had for 2 years when another shop had 2 chances and did nothing to fix it. We will always come up to North end cycle from now on.

Drove 2.5 hours here to purchase a yz85 for my son. This was his first brand new bike from the show room floor. Steve met us there and was fantastic. He gave us a tour of the facility and introduced us to the crew! He gave a full background story of the dealership and let us take plenty of pictures/videos to to capture our special moment. Better yet....He called about a week later to make sure the bike was solid and that we were satisfied. Would recommend to any! Great place to shop!

My wife and I purchased a 2020 xp1000 northstar edition ranger in November of 2019. Our salesman is Bob and he took care of it all and has stayed active in our dealings since then.
