I would not waste your time. I waited 10 weeks to get this trailer built out and it was supposed to be black. It was white when I picked it up. They make a joke like all it identifies is black then I pull the trailer from Elkhart, Indiana to New York All eight lug nuts shear off flush with the drum lost wheel. I call them up. They say all you’re supposed to torque your lug nuts so we spent $20-$30,000 and you can’t even torque my wheels now I’ve put maybe 6000 miles on this trailer. I have no running lights All my lights work other than the running lights I called them up and I say hey can I get a simple schematic for the wiring? Oh we don’t have a schematic. Every trailer is built differently. We don’t know how the wiring was. Ran on this one… hahaha misunderstanding?!? I called Larry several times to make sure this trailer was being built correctly. He neglected to reply. You people don’t even build the trailers yourself. Your sitting in your office and you collect well. You got Mexicans out there in your shop putting in the trailer together. You literally told me when I called about the lug nuts that oh I was supposed to check them. now you’re telling me that you Did torque and it’s my fault that I over to them? You people haven’t got a clue and your guy can’t even talk to the guy building it because he doesn’t know how to speak Mexican. I heard him saying that when I was at the office picking stuff up. It must feel nice to just not do any kind of real work and just sit there at your chair and type and collect.

I can’t say enough about the quality of work and craftsmanship that this team provides. The dedication of their employees was on display when a malfunction of the turn signal occurred before leaving the facility. Within an hour 3 of their team members had the problem solved on their day off none the less which ended up being a snug connection at the truck! 5 stars all the way! Thanks guys

I had purchased a 24 ft trailer in 2014 and believe me it looked well used a few weeks ago. Of course I had let freinds borrow it and totally abuse it. I decided to have it redone and all the repairs doner on it to bring it back to original condition. When I took it to Spirit trailers in Elkart to have it repaired Mike and his family treated amazing. They took the time to look at the trailer and make suggestions on what needed done. When we picked it up a couple of weeks later they totally took care of us. the trailer looked brand new and I even had to ask which trailer was ours. When I say it looked brand new that actually is aan understatement as they even fixed a few things we did not ask for. What an amazing family run business and I will always use and run with Team Sprit trailers they by far are the absolute best for the money!!!

Very very disappointed brand new 30’ stacker only put 1200 miles on it since I got it and just saw that the tongue of the trailer is bending and breaking welds. It’s bad enough covid has affected drag racing schedules but now a season is cut 3 months short

A little late on delivery but the finished product was well worth it. I got exactly what i ordered at the price quoted. Sandy was a wonderful young lady to work with.
