Giving 5 stars since the customer service was amazing! The whole place was welcoming, funny, and extremely relaxed. I went to get piercings from the apprentice Mary! she did an AMAZING job i got 4 lobe piercings ( 2 on each side) and 1 tragus which have all healed wonderfully with no complications and might i add the 2 previous lobe piercings i had were done at claire’s when i was younger and they were un even and looked really bad and Mary helped make my piercings look wayyy better! I definitely recommend following Mary on her journey!!! she walked me through everything she was doing and made sure i was comfortable the entire time!

I've gotten 2 piercings and a tattoo from here while my mother and sisters have gotten countless tattoos and piercings from here. Always have a great team there, the staff is always friendly and honest with you about placements and whatnot. They definitely care about your piercing/tattoos health here! Favourite tattoo and piercing shop to date, I will be going back for more of both!

left side from Juicy tattoo, right side from apprentice at witch hammer. left side with hook piercing, right side with bar. left side centered and straight through, right side at angle and went through to outer edge of nostril. went back the next day to witch hammer after getting it pierced to get removed- was offered to get re-pierced when you should wait 2 weeks to re-pierce said area. said i would return in 2 weeks to give it another try, but i don’t want this mistake to happen again. spent $90 in total all for the hole to close up and take the piece of body jewelry home. was told on the phone when explaining the situation that i would have to wait until 4pm to get it removed when this was an inconvenience to me and they should have called the piercer to come in sooner so they could be held accountable for the mistake they made. everyone learns and it takes practice, i am well aware- but the customer service was horrible. i would have liked my money back.

Just got my first neck tattoo a couple days ago and I had an amazing experience! Grace is the one who did my tattoo and she did a really great job. Aside from that, the rest of the staff was really nice and the owner is funny as hell! Cool guy. I will definitely be going back for more. 🙂

Throughout the years I’ve been to several tattoo and piercing establishments in the Elkhart and Witch Hammer Tattoo always gives me reason to go back HERE. Prices are fair and affordable and their artists are professional.

Most recently, I received an eyebrow piercing from Chelsea in honor of my brother and it was an outstanding experience. Molly was amazing helping me fill out the procedural paperwork!

It never once swelled or bruised and the pain was 1/10 at the time and even days after. I didn’t have to wait long at all between walking in and service, even AS a walk-in. The placement was perfect and I’ve received SO many compliments on that alone. Chelsea was highly knowledgeable in after care, also. I’ve simply had no issues! I will be back and have referred WH to everyone. I also learned they frequently run monthly deals on piercings and other services. Ask about those! 12/10
