If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My experience at this establishment has been nothing short of frustrating. The first time I visited, the short older lady with gray hair was friendly, but the rest of the staff treated customers with clear disdain.

On my second visit, I brought in clothes to sell, including a jacket I wore only once and paid $60 for last winter. I was shocked when they offered me just $1 for it. This experience confirmed that I will never return. Furthermore, while waiting for them to review my clothes, I looked around and found their prices to be outrageously high. I strongly recommend that shoppers proceed with caution.

Ladies who work here are nice, but that's the jist of the positives.
Payout for items here is incredibly low. Expect anywhere from $1-$3 an item even if your stuff is amazing. Something is off. The weird part is prices are quite high... getting paid this amount would equivalent to 20% or less of what the item is selling for. You can get more at platos closet/style encore/or a different clothes mentor.

I'll start by saying that everyone occasionally has a bad day; Despite multiple trips into this store, there's an arrogance of a straight forward attitude about "fashion" that doesn't match a large majority of items on the racks. The customer service comes off as rude and judgemental from intonation to facial expressions; perhaps it's dealing with people expecting more from a middle man in used clothing, perhaps it's just the terms in dealing with whom they prefer to sell to; I didn't find my shopping experiences all too redeeming, despite a cheerful and engaging demeanor presented, was met with a cold wall of judgement and dismissal. 3 stars is a kind review in recognition of how the local area treats retail in general. Disappointing as they practice decent merchandising of products though their pricing is somewhat inconsistent.

0/10 would not go here again as a black woman. Grandmother recently passed and I have all
Of her vintage belongings. I brung in nice coats and dresses freshly dry cleaned. And a pair of forces which were a little worn down. When I came in they said they couldn’t take anything. The clothes were in the exact order as I dropped them off no clothes moved. They just say the shoes on top. Then tip toed around y the can’t take it. As olderrrre women I would do better . God bless

Sold clothes but didn't shop. Everyone working there was friendly. They were pretty quick to go through what I brought in, giving me enough time to run a few errands without having to wait around. I'd say I was paid fairly for what they took. I wish they'd give an explanation for what they send back though.

No sense of urgency here. 2+ hour wait to sell for less than 10 items. Prices are still very high for being a re-sale shop. Even after communicating to the employees I continuously watched them move over my things, despite telling me I was up next. Not everyone has the luxury to wait 2+ hours especially when they don’t give you an estimated time.

Kinda over priced for a place that doesn’t pay crap for items they buy. Also, none of the employee seem to love their job. Every time I go there, there’s never a greeting or anything. Just silence and stares lol.
