BUYER BEWARE! Worst car buying experience i have ever had. Sales Representative Matt doesn't know his job. Buyer beware is all I can say. He will tell u one thing, but then that isn't true after u sign everything. Get everything in black and white. That is my fault. Won't happen again.

As a retired salaried employee at Ford Motor Company, I worked with dealerships all over America and I know that Community is at the top as one, if not The Best dealership in working with customers. IF they tell you something, you can 100% count on it. Their service department is also top of the best. I have obtained all of my vehicles for the past 35 years from Community Ford/Lincoln and always take my vehicles there for service even though with Ford/Lincoln we can return to any dealership for service but would not consider going to any other dealership. I am not paid in any way for these remarks and are made with 100% honesty.

Update: The company ended up paying me back for fixing my truck, however they never contacted me letting me know a reimbursement was sent so the check sat on my porch under my mat for a month.
Update: It's been two weeks since I paid to have my truck fixed (which costed $2,200) and I STILL have not received reimbursement, which they had agreed to. I called them, they were supposed to get ahold of me and they never did. As a respected fire chief, I am greatly disappointed with how this has been handled. The dealership i deal with in Illinois was told by them that I would be reimbursed as well.

I purchased a truck from this dealership on October 25, 2024. After purchasing and delivery, the check engine light came on. The truck requires a tune up because of a spark plug misfire, costing around $1,400. I spoke to them and they said they would pay to have it fixed. It's been over a month and they still won't contact me about getting it fixed. I've reached out to them many times, via phone call and email, with no response. I'm very dissatisfied with how my business has been handled after spending a large amount of money on the truck and delivery fees.

Came in today to get my 2024 Ford Expedition Serviced. Matt was great. I was greeted with a smile. They had my vehicle back at appointment time. I enjoyed a little old popcorn while working on my computer.
