This company is HORRIBLE. Please don't buy anything from them. I went to order a 1/4 zip pullover and somehow ended up ordering 2. When I discovered it, I immediately called and e-mailed the company. By the time they responded, they said it was too late. They finally acknowledged my return, but said it would be 14 days to refund, and would not refund my additional shipping costs to return. Terrible customer service and the company was not open for the first two days my return was attempted to be delivered.

As stated by others, the physical store offers no help with the online orders. If you try to contact customer service for the website, you get an automated email that says they are closing your case even though nothing has been resolved. I ordered a sweatshirt on December 11. It is now supposed to arrive by January 11, but then I get to pay shipping to send it to my son, since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. There is no support and apparently no timeline when you order from this business.

Save yourself a headache and don't have anything to do with this business. The website is worthless and the physical store takes zero responsibility for the connection between the two. Do not have a web presence if you have no intention of supporting it.

Just going to post word for word the customer service they provide when you order an item november 26th and it’s now December 28th “ We hope this message finds you well. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and any inconvenience it may have caused. Unfortunately, after thorough investigation, it appears that we no longer have the item you ordered in stock, and we will not be restocking it in the future.

I don’t recommend purchasing anything online through this store. Your student will not be able to return or exchange in store. Only option is mailing back which no kid is going to do.

This store is right in front of IU. Good store and good staff. They have limited stock.(less than online store)
