When you call the store they never pick up. Bathrooms are no longer open to the public. Cookie prices keep increasing. The staff in generally slow. The manager was weird and disrespectful to her staff. The front window always have bugs and very time I go. I would just go to crumble or the doughnut place across the way for cheaper.

We enjoyed our experience and cookies from Insomnia Cookies. They were quite flavorful and large in size (delux were pancakes). Wouldn't suggest these cookies over Baked! cookies personally. My only caveat is that you cannot include basic cookies with a delux cookie order, even though they are cheaper. Sounds silly to request maybe, but there are more basic cookies options than delux. They also have Ice cream that you can mix with your cookies!

"Super 6" 2 "Snickerdoodle", 3 "M&M Classic" cookies, and 1 Deluxe "Smore's".

All the cookies were very soft and gooey like a good warm cookie should be.

Service was good with attentative and knowledgeable employees.

Store front was okay, milk containers in retail bulk packaging were sitting on the customer seating counter the whole time we were there which seemed weird. So take that for what you will when buying a combo with milk.

Ordered cookies and ice cream while waiting on oder asked if I could use restroom got denied and was told to walk to another business and use there's the worker was rude and disrespectful pretty sad I order give my business and money and spent well over 50 and get denied to use the restroom never again will I come here.

I am well pleased. The cookies are all fresh, flavourful, and unique in their own ways. The dough is different for each cookie, the fillings, toppings, all great. I’ll tell you that the s’mores cookie was an incredible surprise, I can’t wait to order more. I usually despise sweets and chocolate things, but that cook and it’s dehydrated cereal style marshmallows were killer.
I know many locals will be irked to hear this, but Baked has fallen from the throne of cookies.

Horrible service I walked in and the liberal employee ran to the back I ask to buy a cookie and the worker says f word you get the hell out and then calls me the b word the workers then pose flicking me off as it's something be proud of harassing a frequent customer

Have done take out and delivery several times and the cookies and service are always excellent!
