I've known about oak. for a while, but finally was able to visit a few weeks ago. I could have spent half a day in the store. There is so much to see. The store is very clean and set up beautifully. The store has mostly green plants of various sizes and planters. But there are also gems, unique clothing items, magical items, bags, puzzles & more. The store isn't well marked from the outside, but hopefully that will change soon. It's worth a visit!

Very overpriced plants and the person who waited on me was not helpful at all. No information given on plant care and prices are definitely not marked well. I love supporting local but it needs to come with good customer service.

The store is very cool and has a variety of neat clothes, stickers and little goodies!

Unfortunately, I recently took a carnivorous plant workshop at this store and was not impressed. It was $50 to talk to someone that was called an ‘expert’, but really offered no true insight and was just a hobbyist.
The plant that was given to participants also was very lack luster. We received a barely alive plant the size of my pointer finger nail on a lava rock.
Definitely think for $50 the class/plant was not a fair deal for participants.

The plant selection here is great, as are the vibes. The employees are always nice, and I have definitely purchased many beautiful plants from Oak. The prices can be extremely high though, and it often seems like the plants being sold are not worth the price tag. Also I know that pests are inevitable in a space with so many plants, but almost every plant I have purchased from Oak has had fungus gnats. Important to keep in mind so that you can properly treat/ quarantine your new plants before putting them next to other plants at home!

They have a terrarium bar! I took my boyfriend on a date here to make our own terrarium and we’ve been back several times since. We’re new to plant parenting, so we always ask (too many) questions every time we’re there and the staff are always super understanding and helpful. Super cute shop, and already one of my favorites!
