These girls will direct you on what to say and how to handle your phone interview. I will say this purchase was not the best. The car I bought had heating issues, burns 2-3 quarts of oil in about 1500 miles and is in need of a a lot of work, in the beginning they had me take the car to their mechanic. Huge mistake. A bunch of guessing and installation of junk yard parts made situation worse. The blend door is broken, but they changed the hvac module, flushed heater core and sent it back leaking to me. After the car leaked coolant all over the driveway I found that their great mechanics broke the drain petcock on the radiator. A 7 dollar part that they wouldn’t even replace. After going to a GMC dealer it was clear that they did a ton of parts swap. I’m sick over this, after talking to Melissa about the car and what their mechanic had done, she gave the cold shoulder and said we have never had any issues from them. Obviously when people buy a car from a place like this, they are in a tough spot. But lying to your customers is the worst. Buy or beware. Honesty isn’t a strong point here. I’m actively fixing all the bs issues that were swept under the rug. I just hope any customer that does business there does better than I did.

Bought a 2014 Taurus no spare tire they promised to get me on they never did, muffler has a hole my mechanic said its rusted i called emailed while it was under warranty no one got back to me, I will never buy another vehicle from this place, go to community auto in Crown Point they will do you right

These people are terrible, they are a bunch of liars, and scammer’s. I purchased a vehicle on the 25th of June. They were all helpful and nice told me I had a 30 day period to return. And my warranty will kick in after. Yea right! Day after The catalyst converter went out a day after, purge canister few days after, rotors and brakes are shot. And now they telling me they never said this and that, Eric the manager wasn’t even there the day I made the deal with Melissa, but he knows so much about what went on. Laughed in my face and told me the problem is mines. GOD doesn’t like wrong, and I’m gone let the LORD handle it. I promise, this chubby clear person laughed in my face and told me it’s my problem. Nothing is wrong with the vehicle he probably drove the truck around the block. SMH highly dissatisfied, my Fiancé told me not to go here. I needed a reliable vehicle.Thought they would be good people, but that’s what I get. Steer far away from this place.
