Terrible experience came in told me car was going to be done but pretty close to closing. Advised if they have any issues it could not be done but would be ready for pick up by 7 am when they opened. I waited got there about 10 am car not done. The person says we'll I wasnt here last night so I don't know what happened but it's going to be another hour and half. So the guy that was working on my car came walking up I asked him what happened with my car being done he said I went home. The other guy says I understand your frustration but that's what it is. You shouldn't have to be going back and forth getting rides if there was an issue someone should have called or something. I gave you 3 extra hours and not even a courtesy call. When you spend 1100 on a simple back brake job and a tie rod you would think they you would have your car back when stated. Highway robbery and no regard for your time is craziness.

Walked in to get a flat repaired. The kkk member at the front desk told me it would be several hours to fix since they're about to take a lunch. Rude staff. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not go here if you value your safety.

I came in for a wheel balance, 60 bucks. Fair, 5 hour wait... Kinda ridiculous. But it gets worse. I'd be absolutely fine waiting 5 hours if the job was done right however. I was told after my wait there was a "driveline clunk" that they heard. Well my car wasn't clunking when it came in so this is news to me... I brought it in for the slightest of vibrations at a very specific speed, which the wheel balance did fix.

The "driveline clunk" was because my wheels were about to fall off my damn vehicle. They weren't even hand tight. I'm sure the technician was working on multiple cars and went back to mine and forgot to tighten them down. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

This could have easily caused at the very least a bad accident or worse cost somebody their life.

I will never return to these people. I wasn't even told the mechanic would be reprimanded or offered a refund. Which in retrospect I think I should have asked for honestly.

You "earned" this review though. Stay away! Their tech can't be trusted to tighten a lugnut.

I went here because my steering wheel was pulling to the right and I assumed I just needed an alignment

Only Cons I have is when I left Firestone, my lane keeping sensors are no longer activating. I’m assuming the cameras may have needed an adjustment with the new tire install and balancing

I waited about two hours for this to be completed but it was done with professionalism.

Pros
I went it and I found that the treading on my tires were all starting to crack, I thought my tires were okay but they put my car up in the rack and took me out and showed me that the alignment wasn’t my issue, that my tires were actually damaged, assuming from age I’ve had the tires on the car for almost 3 years now, they worked with me, they told me what I would be charged out right before the service was performed, the pricing they told me is exactly what I paid for 4 brand new tires, they gave me a wheel balance, and installed the brand new tires perfectly, I even have a 55,000 mile warranty, thanks to them when I left my car was no longer pulling to the right, it drives like normal again.

Appointment 9am made online and they told me to wait 90 minutes because they were delayed. Then why is there a place available for 9am. I do not recommend this place to anyone. These are not professionals. They do not care about appointments. They lie to clients. And no words of apology are worth anything. Because clients also have different appointments.

I am writing this review from the Grand Rapids airport waiting for my flight,

I was traveling from Chicago to Grand Rapids last night for this flight, but my car broke down. I’m not from this area, so I didn’t know where to have the tow truck take my car and was convinced all my plans were ruined.

I am SO LUCKY I chose this place. The team was understanding of my situation, and worked to get my car in as early as they could this morning and fix it in time for me to get on the road and back to Grand Rapids in time for my flight.

The entire team should be commended for working with me and getting me what I needed so I didn’t have to reschedule any of my plans

Super grateful to this team, and they have turned me into a Firestone customer going forward.

I came here because I had a nail (or something) stuck in the side of my tire. I was told they could not get to me today because they had a meeting in an hour. Fortunately, I was able to make it to another tire shop and they were able to get to me.
