CROOKS! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I returned 2 items to them in 7 days of receiving them and they refused to refund me because the goods have to be back on their premises within 7 days! I kept checking my bank but received no refund. Eventually chased and 7 weeks later they sent me a credit note. I queried this and they sent a screenshot from their IT system to show it had been raised at the time, so why did they never send it to me? I never received it & they hoped I would forget. THEN, I happened to see that the IT system says 1 use...? So I queried that and yes it has to all be used in 1 go!!! BUT, it never tells you that on the credit note they send you. So if you only use part of it to pay, you automatically lose the rest of the funds without knowing until it is too late to do anything about it. I did an online chat but they cut me off. This company has ruthless business practise. They do not deserve as much as 1 star!

Lovly clothes shame they give poor advise , my mother bought us some clothes costing over £70 told the lady in the shop she wanted them for 3months plus as our baby was born in sept she wanted clothes to fit over the winter months . I accept we removed the tags and had them over the 7day policy but we hung them with rest of the 3months plus clothes ready for when he was old enough , hes now 9wks old and we were going out for the day being a cold day we decided to try them on none of them fit so basically the 3m in the clothes are not for babies over 3months as advised yet all our other cheaper brands fit perfectly so am very annoyed with the fact they have given poor advise to my mother whos 79yrs old taken over £70 of her then refused to do anything about it . This has caused my mother to be very upset nothing to do with the cost but the fact she wanted to buy her new grandson something special. Very poor bussiness ethics towards the customer !
