update: finally got replacement rim, rim mount pad, base top cap, and redesigned actuator assembly installed on the 1997 Goalrilla. All parts fit great, photos they provided helpful in installation!

orig: Bought replacement Goalrilla basketball goal parts including retrofit actuator/hand crank assembly and rim for older z-line model. Good customer service, they emailed parts photos both layout and an assembled customer example. Didn't think I would find the replacement parts for a goal installed over 25 years ago.

I’ve been dealing with custom recreation for over 20 years. I’ve bought a pool table and many accessories over the years. Rob has always went out of his way to help and make sure that you’re satisfied. He has done it again just recently (7/19/24). We both live in Boonville and he put a new tip on my pool stick. I would have to go back to the store to pick it up. He called and volunteered to bring it to me. That’s what I call customer service!

Custom Recreation is top notch!! We have purchased a play set, arcade, air hockey and foosball table. We had an issue with the play set (not Custom’s fault) and they have had great customer service, follow through when the say, and extremely helpful!! It’s sad that it’s a rarity to find reputable companies you can trust, but Custom Recreation is one of the few!!!!

Came into the store looking for a shuffleboard table that was nice but within my budget. Worked with Rob and we found the perfect board. When the guys came to deliver it they did a great, fast job installing it. Even used a laser level to make sure it was perfect. The company I used to order my shuffleboard forgot to include the silicon sand. One of the employees dropped off 2 containers later that day to make up for it. It's a great quality piece that the whole family has already enjoyed. I had a great experience with Custom Rec and will buy from them in the future.

Extremely helpful and friendly, excellent customer service. Came in for a pool cue on a low budget and was very well taken care of despite being a walk-in first time customer near closing time that didn't have a lot to spend - the gentleman at the counter (I didn't catch his name) even changed the weight on the cue I purchased on the spot. Highly recommend - I'll definitely be a repeat customer!
