I went in to just look, but ended up finding my dress. They had so many great styles and were super helpful and supportive. I was happy that they allowed my fiancé and I to browse around while also showing us dresses. I actually ended up picking a dress one of the girls pulled for me. I live that they give a list of alterationists and resale websites. It was a great experience and I highly recommend shopping for your dream dress with them!

I wanted to give a shout out to Vidalia. She was amazing!! She helped me throughout my whole appointment and made sure my voice was heard. I had some opiniated people with me and she made sure that my suggestions were voiced and that all of the dresses that I tried on where the style that I liked.

We had an appointment for prom dress shopping. My daughter was given wonderful attention the entire time. The young lady that was helping us kept asking questions and bringing different dresses that suited what my daughter was looking for. Some of the other ladies that work there would pop by every once in awhile to see her in one of the dresses and give her feedback. They were definitely NOT pushy. They genuinely helped her find the dress that was just right for her figure and skin tone. For any future formal purchases there's no place else we would rather go!

Jonesboro definitely needed a new formal shop so when I heard there was a new bridal and formal shop in town, I was eager to check it out. Emma and Kaits has all the latest trends and it seems like they are adding new pieces daily. My 16 yr old liked everything she tried on which is very rare. She had multiple favorites until we found the perfect homecoming dress. Kait and her staff were very helpful but not overbearing or pushy. Plus I'm a single mom so the layaway option is a big deal when you're on a budget. Can’t wait to go back for a prom dress

They had some wonderful dresses but the girl I had just wasn’t helpful she didn’t really listen to what I wanted she just just giving me stuff i said I didn’t want in a dress so I wasn’t pleased with that but we did finally get to a point we got some dresses I liked but they was all out of my price range I ended up ordering me a dress online that was half the price with exactly what I wanted.
It really pushed me to not wanting to go to another bridal store and try dresses. Also they have no bridesmaids dresses so I’m still struggling to find a place to do that at.
