I was here a couple weeks ago and there were only one other customer on the parking lot . I parked in front of the building ,it was not handicap or fire zone .but when I walked through the door a red headed guy said maam can i help you with something ? I said I was going to look around and he said could you move your vehicle I was so shocked , he was rude and demanding . never saying what I was doing wrong, I am self employed and I would never speak to one of my customers like that . I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years , but I will never darken their door again . I moved my car and walked back in made one circle , feeling so stupid turned and left. I wish id left when I moved my car. this reminds me of my favorite quote by Mia Angelo

If I could give them a 0, I would! Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. They assumed I couldn’t afford anything they had and even had me to place a $20 belt buckle on a table, not the counter, but a table while I continued to shop for boots for my son and myself! When we walked in, NO ONE greeted us, so we had to ask where the hats and boots were, they pointed, didn’t ask if we were looking for women or men boots or hats. So we went where they pointed and realized we were on the wrong side, so we asked again and again they pointed. I could hear one of the employees ask the cashier why the belt buckle was laying on the table and the he replied, oh it’s for a customer I’m not sure if she is going to get it or not. Not one time and I do mean not one time did anyone bother to help us! I left out and told them to put the buckle up, we are going elsewhere! I went to Pete’s town and spent a grand!

They are always very friendly! And they are the only place my sister can find the brand of steel toe work boots she likes. They always give her a discount for the factory she works at. Highly recommend!

Very polite and non judgemental great selection of boots and western style clothing for men and women. The range of clothing is amazing from wallets to belt shirts jeans and boots great selections for all price ranges.

Great service from some, prices are through the roof!!! They really over price their work boots and shoes. I've been coming to the same store for years, however the last time I went I paid $90 more for boots that were cheaper on the manufacturer's website. I don't know if it's because a lot of companies send employees there or what but they definitely hyped the prices.

As we came in, we were greeted by a worker, and she was helpful in any way possible. They do a wonderful job of helping customers and ask a lot of questions to make sure you get the right products. Not to mention, they were very friendly. They had many different styles of boots, and this will now be our new go-to spot! It can be pricey, but they boots are worth it. They have many different brands, as well.
