My daughter got fitted for her first pair of pointe shoes. We drove 2 hours for this appointment because we're out of town and our local shop is temporarily closed. It was worth the drive. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and organized. We'll make future trips to come back here again! The owner was super helpful and friendly! I truly enjoyed my experience here and she made getting my first pair of ballet slippers an amazing experience! They also have a pretty wide selection of shoes, clothing, and accessories. Highly recommend going here!

Staff is very helpful. We told them what dance class our daughter attends and they went straight to the section that provides the items that are required/recommended. Took all the guess work out of it.

I came in to try on and buy a pair of black character shoes. When they didn’t have my size in stock, they ordered me some directly. I was a little nervous because I had a two week deadline before a show I was in. After two weeks, they had yet to come in (which of course, wasn’t their fault. I watched them place the order in the store during my first visit). I gave it as long as I could but it was opening night and I still didn’t have my shoes. I called the store beginning to panic and the manager came on and said they would give me a different pair of character shoes to use until mine came in. EXCELLENT customer service. My friends were all right to refer me to such a great store with such friendly and knowledgeable employees!
