Had emailed with Marc back and forth on mailing in a bag for getting a quote done and upon receiving the bag and getting a pricing on it, I had emailed the same day of the quote to have it mailed back to take it elsewhere and then that is where communication started to go downhill with him mentioning it would be sent out the following monday and then absolutely no updates after that through I sent multiple emails. Got to the point where I had to call multiple times to get in touch and a lovely employee was able to take my message but before that there was no contact from their end on an update with shipment of my bag after over 4 weeks overdue of the mention of shipping my bag back to me. A very unprofessional experience to have gotten such quick replies upon inquire and as soon as I mentioned I wanted to go elsewhere for the repair and Marc mentioning he'd send my bag back out to me, got completely ghosted. Will definitely not be using their service. Would have appreciated at least an update if time management was poorly administered or that constant forgetfulness was a factor to such long of a delay.

I recently needed some leather lace up boots repaired. I had the soles replaced and they are like new again. I will be getting all my shoes repaired from this shop from now onwards. Thank you for your amazing work!!!

Way too over priced, called too ask about just geting the sole of my boot replaced and they said it was over $130.00 for a sole replacement I will never be going hear with prices that high

So I had a wonderful experience with everyone who worked here. Excellent craftsmanship, reasonably priced and the turn around time on my items were relatively fast. I would highly recommend and I plan on returning with all my alteration needs.

Truly an asset to the community! Replaced a broken buckle on my favorite fanny pack today (8/24/2023) - made it better than new. Took maybe 10 minutes while I waited. We are fortunate to have this repair shop available in Marion.

He done a great job putting new soles on my boots. Such a good job that 4 people at work asked me if I got new boots. I said "No. Old boots, news soles!" I highly recommend this service.
