I had the best experience with Ellie today! She was incredibly fun and an absolute joy to have helping me try on dresses!

Edit: I needed to have my dress altered just to ensure it was nice and sleek around where the bodice meets the skirt and Alexia did SUCH a BEAUTIFUL job! She helped me get into my dress today for one last try on before I took it home and she is TRULY fantastic at her job!

I loved the dress before, but she really made it to where it now looks and fits like it’s made just for me! ❤️

Good thing I brought my family with me to help. The stylist that was provided first didn’t even check to see if I was the right Allison as there was two and she had a completely different account pulled up. The stylist there was much older & was not very knowing of the younger/modern trends. (Not to out anyone but I believe the stylist name was Shannon?) She was very frantic and she didn’t even really help. She was too busy assisting someone else. My family was the one who was helping and talking me through. It appeared that this was her second job and you can tell that maybe being a stylist isn’t something that they should pursue moving forward. My visit was about two hours and her focus was on everything besides really helping me. Hardly asked questions on myself & my wedding plans. I gave her the styles I wanted and she almost seemed like she was trying to talk me out of them. I mentioned alterations I wanted done to my dress and she also seemed wide-eyed mentioning that what I want can be more expensive. If I can provide feedback, you need to listen to the customer because if anything I was all ready taking recommendations to get alterations done elsewhere from how she was treating what I wanted. I can say I wasn’t expecting much given that I went to David’s Bridal & not a nicer establishment so you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for fast & cheap with little to no assistance go here. If you want something more personalized & dedicated service think about rebooking your appointment with a different boutique.

I had a great experience at this David’s Bridal! They had wedding dresses within my price range and had so many options. Lauren was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me which I appreciated so much! As well as super helpful and attentive to every detail I mentioned. Highly recommend this location! Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Vivian was the most amazing and so nice and worked so well with me and what my best options for. Walking in greeted by Taylor was such a complete and sweet encounter. They really listened and was very patient. The whole experience was amazing and non forgettable. Thank you

Do not recommend. Inexperienced sales staff. Not helpful at all. I've been dress shopping at several dress shops and this was my 1st time in David's bridal. The worst experience I've ever had. I made an appointment and when I got there I advised my appointed helper exactly what I was looking for. I was then just taken to a spot where she pointed to to two walls full of dresses and said I can look there. That was the extent of her help. Then I forced the issue that I needed help to find what I needed help to find what I was looking for and I was overwhelmed looking through hundreds of dresses. She then offered to measure me but then left and started helping someone else and didn't. I ended up leaving with no dress after a few more attempts at trying to get help. Absolutely pointless trip.

Loved everything about my experience at David’s Bridal, it’s a clean and well organized store. Found my dream bridesmaid dress and Taylor was the one who helped me with! She was awesome and fulfilled all my needs in the store!

Faith and Brooklyn were absolutely AMAZING helping me find the perfect gown for my event!! They were both incredibly sweet, professional and beyond helpful. They brought me so many different options that fit the exact style and feel I was looking for until I found the right one, helped me get in and out of every dress, called another location for a size check and even made sure I had the correct accessories to go with my final pick! It was obvious they knew their inventory, the styles and were good at their job. Comically, I accidentally put one of the dresses on completely backwards so needless to say, we also had a lot of laughs. This was a wonderful experience on a last minute stop….all because of Faith and Brooklyn! If I ever need another dress, I’ll be back asking for one of them! Thank you ladies!!
