Discriminated against me by putting a label under my name in the system & said I can’t use my discount that I earned by spending thousands of $. I never agreed to be a “vendor” for your store. I’m a regular customer that likes to spend a lot of money who likes to collect designer. You should treat all customers equally. I won’t be shopping here again for a while or maybe not at all.

This store is excellent!!! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and there’s always new clothing or jewelry to choose from. They also buy items from you and pay out is pretty good. All around good shopping experience.

I love this store! The prices are always great (I just found a brand new cardigan with tags still on that was originally $44 for $17!) and the staff is very friendly. They're size inclusive - i've seen up to 5X - and clean. I've sold here before and they are very fair about what items they take and the money given for them. Overall one of my favorite places to shop!

I have had good experiences with Simply Chic. The cherry-picking, iffy part is I never see the same people twice! BUT.. they are all professional and friendly. There is a great selection of goods for sale, with a good range of pricing. And luscious, affordable designer hand bags.

Sold and bought clothing from Second Glance the last 5 years (since I moved to Lafayette). Management was always friendly and continues to be since changing over to Simply Chic. Employees are always friendly and ready to assist. High standards for purchasing quality clothing has remained. The new store - Simply Chic is a must see. Warm and welcoming, very spacious and easy to shop at. No doubt you will choose to be back again and again! Great location!
