Review:
I worked with Caleb in picking out a ring to propose with. He was extremely helpful every single step of the way and openly communicative on the different types of rings, budget and pricing, styles, and more.

He spent, essentially, a whole day explaining the history of lab grown diamonds and then how they compared to real diamonds. Then spent half a day explaining the significance of real diamonds. He was never trying to sway us one way or the other, but wanted to make sure we bought what we wanted to buy (history and significance is important to us, so it was amazing that he took the time to explain everything).

He helped find a ring in my budget and then helped me save even more money while designing everything. I cannot recommend him enough!

Caleb was absolutely amazing! I had been to a couple of jewelry stores before this and had some bad experiences, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in, Caleb made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He was incredibly patient, answered all of my questions with sincerity, and never made us feel rushed, even though it was close to closing time.

What really stood out was how well he listened. I didn’t even know exactly what I was looking for, but Caleb paid attention to my preferences and guided me to a ring that was absolutely perfect—one I didn’t even realize I had been searching for! Not only was it stunning, but it was also within our budget.

Ring shopping can feel overwhelming, but Caleb made it such a fun and stress-free experience. I am so grateful for his help and couldn’t be happier with my ring. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and wants to help you find the perfect piece, I highly recommend Caleb!

Caleb was great. He didn't try to upsale me more than I wanted and directed me to their website where I could build the earrings to my wife's wants.

It was also nice not getting bombarded by numerous emails from Rogers & Hollands. I went to another jeweler in the mall and the first thing they wanted was my email, which led to a whole lot of junk emails. I would use Caleb and R&H again.

The store people are fine but I feel like the store should be able to help me actually set up my online payment again since this company has been blocking me from paying my bill for months now. I create a new account on their new payment portal and every month is says it's wrong and I can't pay until they add a late fee. I feel like I'm being extorted and am thinking about no longer paying my bill no matter how it negatively effects me.

The woman working was amazing. She understood my budget, didn't judge, told me about the sale, and I LOVED the selection. She helped me pick out the PERFECT one. The other men in there were ignoring me and sitting in their assessment. She was helpful, kind, and genuinely amazing. I'm a teen, so it's understandable the men would ignore me, but she treated me like I was a person, and didn't discriminate because of my age.

Just payed off my layaway purchase! I live in Indianapolis but bought an engagement ring from this store. After experiencing the atmosphere of the Indianapolis stores I can say that this location is much better and the customer service is superb. Amy and Chris both made my experience amazing. Amy helped so much with selection and explanation of the entire process that made everything feel comfortable. Will come here again!
