I just walked out of this place empty handed after leaving hundreds of dollars of clothing behind. Every 2 seconds someone was asking me if I needed help or a fitting room or if I was doing ok. Now, I understand that you need to be attentive to the customer, but it was excessive. After the fifth firm “no”, these girls should have gotten the hint. After my final “no, thank you” I just put everything down and walked out of the store. Back to on-line shopping it is.

Horrible!! (In addition to being ridiculously over priced/expensive), I simply tried to exchange a pair of pants for a different size (with all tags still on them) that I got as a gift for mother's day. I was told by a sale clerk that wouldn't be a problem. I subsequently spent about 45 minutes shopping around and when I went to the register (about to spend appx $100 more), I was suddenly told I couldn't exchange them because they're from the outlet store in Branson, MO. Considering how far that is, (almost 100 miles away) I reached out to the online customer service and was told to take them back to the store I'd just left as they could make the exchange or give me a GC... I got that answer after inquiring about my question that wasn't responded to after 4 days ? I refuse to ever shop or wear anything from that place again.

I love this store! They have a good amount of cute clothes for petites and that is hard to find in this area. The customer service is also exceptional. I felt very well taken care of as the store associates took time to check in frequently and offer assistance.

Customer service is not what it should be here. They're helpful while your trying on clothes but lines can be long and the manager will choose to fold clothes rather than help check out. Great customer service is great from start to finish and you just don't get that here. The selection is decent.

6 people working and no one could bother to come help us, only 4 customers in store ( including us). Guess the gossip is better than helping out. Will not be coming back.

Their collection isn't grand but even within that small one, there's plenty of pretty stuff. Got so many pretty tipsy for the summer.
