I’m a btk amputee. I came to Snell and they did an aqua cast. Had nothing but trouble due to the fact it was measured wrong. So I had to start the process all over. After getting another socket it too caused trouble only to be put I. A temp for 7 weeks. After no phone call from Snell, I was in advent forgot about. It’s bad e ouch what loosing a leg does to your self esteem but as a female the foot they ordered was hideous and wrong size taboos. I have been waiting 4 weeks and left 4 messages- No return call yet. Not to mention my dad paid several thousand dollar extra on top of what my insurance paid. Very depressing and frustrating. I also have N hr drive to Snell

I am a bilateral above knee amputee. I have been working with Snell for almost a year. They are all invested in my success and I feel their drive. They are attentive to my concerns, uplifting, excited and encouraging! I was told that I would be with my prostheticist for life so pick a good one.

I had some trouble on a visit that was made 100% right by this company. The administrators were responsive and more than fair. Additionally, the product they made us was top notch. In today's business world not everyone cares enough to right a wrong. Any company that does is someone I am very confident in referring business to.
