If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. My 6 year old son has been waiting for his jersey (which is sourced overseas and not in the USA) for over a month and a half. I have called once a week to check on the status for each time to be told it was ordered, no tracking is available and it should arrive in 5-7 days. I called to check on the status for the 7th week in a row and was told the jersey was there. I went to pick it up and the shop tried to give me someone else's jersey with a completely different last name, in a size two times larger than the size we ordered. At that time Grayson, the customer service rep I've been communicating with, came out and let me know the jersey is tracking to be delivered tomorrow, the day after my son's last regular season game. I find it ironic that tracking is all of a sudden available, when it hasn't been for over a month. We shall see if the jersey truly arrives or not and if my son will be able to join his teammates in a proper jersey (he's the only player without one) for their tournament next week. Sportstop, this is the worst customer service we've ever experienced from a local shop. Please do better.

This is a great shop. Small compared to a big box store but they have a huge selection. I felt they had better prices than their big competitors. Even being late baseball season, they had a large assortment of gloves and bats. Several bats marked half off. Staff was super helpful but not overbearing. They really got me out of a jam! We forgot my son's Carolina Blue belt and they had one in stock for $6.50!! We are not from Little Rock, but we will definitely return next season to shop! I encourage everyone around the Little Rock area to give them a chance before you go to the big box chain stores!!!

Ordered a shirt for our volleyball club from this place. Shirt was defective, Grayson told me he would replace the shirt.
3 months later, it has not been replaced, and he will not answer my emails. Do not do business here.

If I could give a lower rating I would. It's been a month from the time I ordered my son's football training gear still haven't received it nor have store employees been helpful with the time frame or refunding my money. They are uncertain to when the items will come in every time I call I'm told it should be ready next week that week come call the store inquiring about my order same stuff it should be ready by next week. It's actually been over a month. Don't buy from this store.

Called about umpire gear. The young staff person was so helpful in telling me they would have all of the gear I may need as an umpire! When I drove 20 minutes to get there- they had 2 shirt sizes and very slim choices of umpir gear.
