Fleet Feet Little Rock was such a great experience. We were welcomed warmly on arrival. My husband had great service for finding the perfect running shoe. While I was browsing the merchandise I was greeted and asked if I needed help. The store was busy, but well staffed and everyone was very friendly. We will be back!

I had a great experience! The workers were so kind and compassionate and super knowledgeable. The store was clean and bright. I was helped right away. They measured my feet and listened to all my shoe and feet woes. Even when it seemed to be get busy they had enough people there to help! I probably tried on 10 or so shoes and was able to find the right pair. I also love that they understand it is important to try out your shoes and have a nice return policy!

Sean was a great help in trying to get a good shoe for me! I stepped on the foot measuring device and he walked me through what it meant and immediately ran to the back to get some shoe options for me to try on. I have a special insert in my shoe and we tried on shoes with that. And then he recommended his shoe insert with a gel pad and they felt so good! Can’t wait to bring my husband back to get him some good shoes for walking all day on concrete.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The foot scan was amazing and I learned so much about my feet. I’ve had feet problems for a few years and I feel like they helped me to understand why. Wish I could give them more stars. Definitely recommend.

Mitch was very helpful in helping us find the right shoes for our feet! We did a 3D scan of our feet and looked at brands that would fit our feet properly. He was patient in helping us find exactly what we needed. When we walked in, it was super busy, but we were helped as soon as we stepped in the door! This store has a great selection of shoes and if they don't have the color you want, they order them online for you! My sister's family comes here every school year for new shoes. I'm so glad they found this store! We'll be customers for life! Great store, great shoes, and people!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the nicest sales associate. He took me through the process of measuring my feet and scanning them. The first shoe he suggested was just perfect!! I will only shop Fleet Feet for my shoe needs now!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The fitting and scanning process puts Fleet Feet a cut above the rest. My rep, Benji, was very nice, answered all of my questions, and ultimately got me in the best pair of shoes and insoles that I have had in my entire life. Highly recommend Fleet Feet and highly recommend Benji. I was told that no appointment was necessary at the Little Rock location for the fitting process, it was free, only took about 10 minutes, and it was extremely helpful. Go into the store with the knowledge of what you want to get out of the shoes and any problems you may be having and you will be able to leave the store with the solution. Also, Fleet Feet has one of the best return policies out there: 60-day return or replacement on shoes AND INSOLES for any reason. Phenomenal. I will be using them for any and all future running shoe purchases.

I went today to see if the newest version of a specific shoe fit well. I had an older version that I grew out of so was seeing what would work for me. I’m a mom of toddlers and have back issues so I knew it was important to invest in some shoes that would help me be on my feet for longer and without pain. Bob was super helpful and listened to every concern no matter how small. He was kind and funny. Not once did he make me feel like I was a burden for not liking certain aspects of the shoe. He literally didn’t stop till we found the right pair. I took a hot minute bc I ended trying so many shoes bc they weren’t as comfortable as I was hoping. Bob didn’t want me to settle so we kept trying till I ended up in the perfect shoe. I had to leave bc my kids were getting antsy but I went to fleet feet’s online store and got them there. When I told Bob I might order them I was worried he’d be upset bc he helped me so much and I ended up not making a purchase in store. But he did not make me feel bad at all and was so kind. Excellent customer service. Bathroom was clean as was the whole store. 10/10 recommend.
