My son runs cross country and I have started walking more so we were both in the market for new shoes. I had no idea what shoes would be best for us. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was wonderful. He noticed my son's feet were pronated the moment he walked in the door and helped pick a great pair of shoes for him. I have the opposite issue and he picked a great pair for those as well. These guys are so knowledgeable and so friendly. We'll definitely be back!

I was amazed at the excellent and friendly service today. I was having some problems with foot pain due to my old footwear. A very nice young man listened to my concerns and had me try on several different types of shoes. Pleased with purchase. Already a repeat customer but will definitely return again.

So glad I found this place!

Was looking for one of those running belts for a trail run, that could hold a water bottle and a few items. Looked all over the place at outdoor sports stores, Academy Sports - nothing.

Rock City Running came up on Google Maps and not only did they have what I needed, but they helped me find the right one. Let me try it on & everything!

Very helpful staff, they have supplements, shoes, outdoor running equipment.
