Bought my wife an $80 Arkansas sweatshirt for Christmas from the Pinnacle Hills shop. She wore it less than 2 hours and the material was coming apart and rolling into little balls in multiple places and was developing a hole as well. Took it back to the store to see about a refund or exchange for a better product and the Dakota H. was the female employee working. She’s is terribly rude and disrespectful to both myself and my wife and young son. Refused to do either a return or exchange because the item wasn’t in its original condition. Obviously that was the whole issue and while we were there. She would barely let either of us speak and kept speaking over us. She said our only option was to speak to her General Manager next week. As we were leaving she told us that she hoped we had the night we “deserved”. I’ve never dealt with a more rude and unprofessional person in customer service ever. Will never spend another cent in that store. Very unfortunate that the store and University have that kind of people representing them!

Been shopping at the Razorback shop at Pinnacle for years. As an alum living in Kansaa City, I can't get Razorback gear where I live. Great selection of Razorback clothing and gifts. Bobbi the manager is a delightful lady. Employees are students and always helpful. Looking forward to being there again for Mother's Day. Thanks Bobbi and staff, see you soon! Kris of KC

Great razorback merchandise. We shop here every time we go to this mall. I took a star off because there is zero customer service. The staff totally ignore you. Literally, you have to get their attention by going to the register to ask a question about the merchandise. It is the same every time we go, and we always make large purchases.

Well I actually shop here a lot. Or used to anyway. Holiday and birthday present won’t let me return or exchange because the gift giver saved money on clearance item. Fine the saved the $10 and cost themselves much more!

As a Razorback Foundation Member and Season ticket holder I have shopped in this store for years when I travel up for games in multiple sports. Over the years I could tell you how much I have spent in this store.

Unfortunately after a run in with a very disrespectful female employee I will just spend my money on the schools campus moving forward.

We just left the store disappointed. We are from out of town and stopped in to restock our Hog wear. Both employees sat behind the counter on their phones and never asked if they could help us. Guess we’ll have to find another source to purchase our Hog wear.
