I wanted a very specific Jellycat stuffed animal for a friend for Christmas. It was sold out EVERYWHERE. I went on Jellycat's website to find stockists, and Smoochie Baby showed up. They were the one and only place that had it in stock. I ordered it from their website, and only three days later, it arrived. I visited Smoochie Baby for the first time today. The two sales associates were super sweet and helpful -- I needed to buy a gift and had no idea where to start. They even shipped it to the expecting parents for just $10 -- I received an email shortly I left with a tracking number and everything. Happy customer

Like the store and products but the associates are not friendly to children for it being a children’s store and do not make you feel comfortable shopping if you bring your child with you to shop. I understand merchandise cost money but make the environment friendly for kids and parents to shop when it can already be an overwhelming experience for some parents to bring their young kids to try on clothes and shoes.

I just happen to need a specific little cat doll toy because my original source happen to sale out. Since I had put off ordering for weeks. A Google search led me to Smoochie baby and I can not say enough amazing things about this store! I wish I was local so I could frequently stop in and become a regular. However I will have to just order online and visit sometime! Great product, great service, great staff, great shipping and quick might I add! Smoochie baby is definitely an example of what a small business and any business should be. What a wonderful store. Thank you for being such a great help to me.
