Made a purchase and did not need it and ended up returning it with a receipt, store refused to refund my money and the product was not used. Employees claim with every cash sale if returned will get a in store credit. Never was told this when making the purchase. Employees are rude and the manager was never available. My opinion is too shop elsewhere. Local shops wonder why Amazon is so popular. Will not shop here and advise others to shop elsewhere. HAVE A NICE DAY!!!

Bad customer service. I've only seen high school girls working there who have next to no experience. Either seem annoyed they have to help a customer, or have no idea what's going on.

If you're looking for anything ranch related or western wear, you're better off at Theisen's. If you're looking for saddles, this is as good as it gets in Dubuque.

Lastly, they advertise hat shaping, it ain't true. They don't have anyone trained. Whenever they do, it's a week to month wait for some reason, even if there's no one else in the store with the hat steamer station open.

I am sad to say I will not shop here again! I bought a reinsman saddle pad a few weeks ago. I was told by the sales person who I believe was new but very friendly that I could try it on my horse and if it didn't work I could bring it back. I tried it one time and rode about an hour and it didn't work. It kept sliding out from under my saddle. I took it back 3 weeks later with proof of purchase and the OWNER would not exchange or give me my $ back because I did not have the tag attached to the pad and had used it!!!!!! How do you know if it works unless you try it? I am so upset and out 170.00! All I wanted to do was exchange it. I feel I was mis led and they need to train their new employees properly. The owner told me they don't sell used equipment..... this pad was used 1 hour and I do KNOW the sell used saddles! This was a very bad experience that has caused me not to shop there again.

What place that shapes hats makes you wait 30 days to get your hat shaped? I see the hat station. Not one person in line, but it's a first come, first serve service, but there is a 30-day waiting list.
I am not leaving my hat to get shaped. There is no one there in line. Just shape the hat.
I want to watch it being done so i can make corrections.
It's absolutely ridiculous. This type of service, or lack thereof, just ensures i will not use or recommend this business.

Great selection and excellent customer service. They have a lot of different styles of shoes and boots for all styles. Fairly priced as well. I would say they are probably the best place to find boots in town. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.
