HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE!!! They overcharge by adding surprise fees like $4/mile fuel surcharge. They left the drive shaft on the ground, refused to give us the bolts back so that we could put it back together and refused to drop our truck & trailer out of the way where we needed it dropped. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

BEWARE! This company is Absolutely Crooked! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will quote you one price and then will charge you at least double the quote. They will lie, cheat and steal to get money away from you. BEWARE!

I’m not sure what my tow truck drivers name was but he is absolutely AMAZING!! After being stuck on the side of a busy highway and my roadside assistance plan calling several different tow truck companies Panorama was the only company who helped us out. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. Thank you so much for being the only person to our rescue! Panorama will be our first call anytime we need assistance! Thank you so much

Bunch of crooks working here. We had my driver go there because he had fuel leak. They called me and said fuel pump went out and it will be $5K part plus 10hr to do the job @ $200 per hr. Dealership is cheaper then them. When we told them we were going else were they held our truck for a while and at the end we’re very rude to my driver. Did not even allow him on the property any more. He was only able to get in the truck and leave. Did not provide him with the receipt either. I had to call the shop to request one. Also I requested a pictures of a sign where it showed that they charge $200 per he. By the law you are required to display how much you charge per hr and I still have not received it. I would advise you to run away from these people if you value your time and money.

Beware. Scam/rip off. Quote me $1200 to tow 70 miles then charge me $2000 when we arrive. While I was questioning the outrageous price they drove off with my truck on the hook. It took 2 days and 500 more and a call to the police to get my truck. Unbelievable how they treat customers. They are going out of business because they don't get call backs so they scam every chance they get. At least I won the dispute through the credit card and they got nothing although they did try to run my card again. Crooks. Do not use!!!!

Tried to charge us double the cost of the part, would not give part number, and on top of that took our whole $750 deposit for just figuring out what part was broken and standing around. Then wanted to charge $300hr for another truck to come and lift our truck up even though my guy came there and did the job without having to lift anything. Pricing is ridiculous and upcharge everything like crazy.
$4 a mile for the drive
$200 an hour with a 2 hour min
$300hr for another truck to come out
Original Part Cost : $675
Their Price from same dealer : $1275
And tried to charge us an extra $322 after already taking $750 for not doing anything and being told their services are not needed anymore.

Never call them , they can steal your truck (per phone was 250$ /hour than they just change price to 650$ without our authorization!!! Add 10 hours to final bill, our truck GPS was showing 4 hours totall tow, but in final bill was 14 hours they told us that they use tow truck to bring driver to hotel 650$ per hour!!! That’s so ridiculous ) . will fight them in court !
