Always very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Was in 6 months ago, and they didn't have the brand/style of work boot I had been wearing and it was going to be on back order for awhile. Staff was very helpful in finding me a new boot that I really liked. Unfortunately, 6 months later an eye lit broke on the boot, but the store stood behind their product and replaced it. Very happy with their customer service and helpfulness, will never buy work boots anywhere else

I've been wearing the same style and brand of shoe for almost ten years because of plantar fasciitis. I called and asked if they had the shoe in my size which they did. A friendly, helpful salesman helped me when I came in the store. This is my first experience and visit to the store. I am very impressed and will be back again.

I purchased some new work boots. When they arrived at the store, the were the wrong color. After some investigation, they reordered them. Another week later, the arrived and I picked them up. Last night when i went to lace them up i noticed a small area that was not sealed between the sole and side. When I returned to the store today, they assured me they are under warranty and if they split in that area that they would replace them.
This is why I shop local for my work boots. I have purchased several pairs from this store over the last 10 years. I am very satisfied with their customer service.
