I had one of the worst experiences with making a purchase at this store. I bought a "Lady Dior Pouch with Chain" in cherry red for $2400 as a gift for a special occasion. My partner didn't quite like the color and wanted to exchange it for a different bag. We went to the store - and this exactly 4 days after the purchase - having opened the bag once. It seems like the associate who packaged the bag put the chain while packing it which potentially led to 2 small scuff marks. This is already unacceptable but the management at the store refused to take any responsibility and refused to help us in any way and indirectly blamed us for buying a "imperfect" product. The treatment was downright horrendous which is pretty shocking for a luxury brand. Dior lost a customer for life.

I recently had a terrible experience with Dior, and I feel compelled to share it. I purchased a bag from them just over a week ago, and when I tried to return it, they refused because they claimed there were “nail marks” on the bag. These so-called marks were clearly there when I bought it, likely caused by the original sales associate (SA).

Why would I take pictures of the bag right after buying it from a luxury designer store? You trust that when you’re paying thousands of dollars, the product and service will match the premium price. Apparently, that’s not the case at Dior.

The customer service was appalling—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I couldn’t help but feel judged and discriminated against. It felt like if you don’t “look the part” of a luxury shopper, they treat you differently.

Dior needs to re-evaluate how they treat their customers. For a brand that prides itself on elegance and quality, their service and attitude were anything but. I would think twice before purchasing from them again.

Was very unhappy with the customer service. No one acknowledged my presence in the store. I had to find someone in the store to tell me a price for the item I wanted to buy. The lady had to go online to check the price (took forever)
For a price you charge I would expect a better customer service.

Limited per entry. You don’t need an appointment to enter. Visited and no line was in sight. Items were limited and simple. You are not pressured to buy. Staff lets you roam and ask if you want the item you want to try, not as intimate and fully entertain you. It is worth the shopping if ever you want to splurge for your own.

The long wait is real. I went there with my mom at 3pm on Saturday. The line was already long. We got in around 4pm. I was actually underdressed since I was not planning to be there (I wore my Uniqlo t-shirt, ragged khaki’s with a hoodie and flip flops) The sale person was very nice and very patient. We were looking at the Lady Dior which has so many colors and size. We go back and forth trying the colors and size without any pressure. Ended up spending 90 minutes in there.
If you are looking to get a Dior bag, it is the place to look at one IRL.

The staff helping you with the purchases are great. They are very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing that I didn’t like the attitude of the staff at the entrance. They don’t let you in even if there is no line/person waiting and give a reason that they are waiting to accommodate people with appointments.

I walked up to this store and there was only 1 person in line. In my head I thought this was great since it should be only 15 mins at most. As I got in line, the person in line was let in and the security guard told me “you’ll be next, probably 45mins” and I thought I might’ve heard him wrong since there was literally one person in the store. He was right, I waited 45 mins. The person in-front of me came out after 15 mins and for god knows what, I waited even more after until I was let in. As I waited, everyone behind me was super frustrated and left. However, once you’re in, the staff are friendly and help you really well.

Shouldn’t Dior hire more staff if they want to make money? Or I guess it’s not about making money and making people wait to make Dior feel desirable? Not quite sure what the business angle is here...

If you do want to go, I recommend making an appointment.
