Terrible workmanship, terrible customer service. Refused to issue refund. Lady at the counter screamed profanities when a refund was requested. These were a brand new pair of boots that needed to be altered at the ankles. They were returned with holes through the leather, the zipper did not line up, and completely botched stitching. These boots are ruined. Please save yourself the money and hassle and find a real professional. Have a lovely day.

Great place to get your footwear repaired and or customized. They do outstanding work. Friendly and courteous. They do all kinds of different repairs, from Jackets, shoes (all kinds) and different kinds of leather work. **They are on the side alley, behind the dog grooming store. Directly across from the community college.

These guys are fantastic! Previous reviews were outstanding so I dropped off a pair of boots for a heel cap repair. They looked brand new when I picked them up! The price was more than reasonable and they were finished the same day. I actually dropped off a 2nd pair to have heel rands put on when I picked up the 1st pair. If you love your boots...take them here!

I took my work boots to Deluxe shoe and repair to get new rubber soles and heels. The guy at he front desk said it would cost $120 with half up front. I gave him a $100 bill and he said they usually are a week out but they were busy and they would call me in two weeks to pick them up. About a month and a half later after numerous phone calls, I stood in their office waiting to get my boots. After wearing them a few times I notice that the soles were paper thin leather, not rubber, and that the stitching was starting to come apart. I'm not taking them back for them to fix as I don't want to spend another month trying to get them back. I'm taking them to The Cobbler to get them done right and would not recommend anyone to use them. If this is how they do business, they aren't going to be around very long, go somewhere else.

I could Not find anyplace to repair my tony lamas ostrich boots!!? The someone told me about DeLux Shoe & Boot repair. Drove over 100 miles. BUT. ID DO IT AGAIN. They Where Great. She was very pleasant to talk with ! Such honest hard working people!!! I had to leave the boots But when they returned them to me I was shocked they where like brand new ; I've had them for almost 20 years. !! And fair price. Absolutely. I am truly glad I went here. Just Down to earth fine folks... I Highly Recommend DeLuxe Shoe & Boot. Worth the drive!!! Thank you.

We drove down from Kingman with 5 pairs of boots for new heels. We were able to wait for them rather than another trip to pick them up. They were awesome and had them done (very well) and polished within 3 hrs
