me and my friend went into the american eagle at the paddock location, we were greeted and the staff seemed sweet. we were browsing and my friend had grabbed a few things to try on. two items exactly, she showed the guy and asked for a fitting room. the manager when in to ask how many items she had and she said two because that’s how many items she had. two tags had fallen out of the pockets of the blue button up she tried on and she picked them up after she was done trying them on and gave them to the guy and said they fell out the pocket. we proceeded to buy a pair of earring and they stopped us at the door and accused us of stealing. her bag was empty because she didn’t steal anything and we are very upset handle this situation and we got no apology. we also called the store and tr

Out of four people working not one greeted, helped out acknowledged us. After helping ourselves to a fitting room we decided that anymore time wasted attempting to shop would ruin the experience more... so we left.

Waited for 10 minutes to pay along with another customer and no employee to be found. Asked in the changing room and nothing. After getting frustrated and almost walking out, 4 employees appeared. Very unprofessional and kept joking and giggling amongst themselves.

I stopped there to take back some merchandise I'd bought online, I ordered the wrong size boxer trunks for my son. Three girls standing around chatting, and nobody helps me at the register. Finally the cashier who is working says to the girls, there's a customer, and I get called to the register, I explain what I need and the cashier goes and finds me a 3 pack of the boxers, says the colors are off a little but no big deal...I showed them my email of when I bought them, she couldn't figure out how to give me an even exchange I was either paying tax or getting money back...smh... I said just keep the money, I just want the boxers...I ask a question about shirts and I get an answer No, with no eye contact, so at this point I'm thinking she couldn't have been talking to me, so I wait 3 minutes and I ask again, she said, no again, so this time I asked, well do you not make this style anymore or you just don't have any at this time, like really? She said we don't have any at this time. Then I ask about shirts, not dressy ones just T shirts, she tells me where the girls T shirts are...I guess I should of specified, but she could of asked, are you looking for guys or girls. I mean I know I'm a woman but I was exchanging guys boxers...smh... so I ended up buying my son a shirt and same thing I went thru when I first got there, 3 girls standing around chatting and I'm standing in line, waiting, again... cashier says, hey.. customer, by now I'm just aggravated, cause the first cashier couldn't help me with my exchange, another associate took over, the rude one, took her like 10 mins to do this exchange, then I come back in line to stand and wait again. Paid for the shirt, and left... get home, son looks at the boxers, and they are the boxer briefs, not the boxer trunks. I will never go back there again...all that for them to give me the wrong boxers... how hard is it to READ and LOOK.... they were more worried about standing around on their phones chatting with each other then helping to satisfy a customer...

We basically just stopped in to browse. I wasn't overly impressed with this store or their prices. I feel there are other stores that you can get a lot better deals and more bang for your buck. Also we did not find the employees here very friendly.
