Compré varios zapatos, el vendedor amablemente ofreció quedarse con las cajas, jamas me imagine q su amabilidad era por que se quedó con un par de zapatos, no me los puso en las bolsas. Un vendedor venezolano.

I had the opportunity to visit the store and found a purse that I was looking for. Regarding the shoes, they didn't have my size, so I couldn't buy the matching shoes. Overall, everything looked organized. I was able to get the purse with a 30% discount, which was good.

Horrible place. The sign says to wait cuz capacity is full but people walked out and no one let us in. If you have this sign then there should be a person standing and letting people in and out.

Customer service is horrible, due to staff shortage employees made me wait outside for 30 mins in 50 degree weather. Employee said once a few customers left the store we would be allowed in. 10 customers left the store and employees still kept us outside waiting in the cold. Staff needs to be educated on manners and communication as well as interpersonal discipline.

Staff fab. Helpful and entertaining. Made my shopping experience really lovely. My disappointment is with the product. Bought sandals for $80 early morning 4th of July 2022 was home in Ireland on the 15th of July and the sole of the shoe separated. I was so so disappointed with this and I have tried to contact them as I am sure Steve madden co. Would not be satisfied with this. What should I do?Wearing a pair of shoes intermittently over 11 days is not longevity.

Be Aware, I brought my kids school shoes from this store while on vacation, once we got home and unpacked the shoes that are titled on the box are not the correct shoes. The Determine Pink are missing the labels on the outside of the shoes also brought the tan, black and white and they are also missing the Steve Madden logo. I called the store manager and was told the shoes won’t have the labels being it’s a outlet store which doesn’t make since. I live 10 hours away and I’m now stuck with shoes my kids won’t ever wear.

I would rate 1 star but there were two staff members that barely spoke english but were beyond kind and helpful.
my issue is with two mortifying english employees, who were so angered and caught up on a customer they considered “stuck up”, that they walked around the store cursing/ranting for the entire 40 minutes I attempted to shop. it was so off putting I ended up putting all my stuff down and simply just walking out with nothing. I love steve madden but from now on I’ll shop online or go to any other location lol.

Very good customer service. They didn't have my size in stock, but Pedro called 3 store, and said he would call as many as it took. Luckily the 3rd store had the shoes.He was on hold for a while and still kept me in the loop and made the wait go by quickly.Overall I am very thankful for the help.
