I can't recommend *Minutes and Miles* highly enough! As a serious runner training for ultramarathons, finding the right gear is crucial, and this store truly delivers. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, not just about shoes, but every aspect of running gear. I came in looking for a new pair of socks for my upcoming races, and they were extremely helpful in guiding me to the perfect pair that suited my needs. Their attention to detail and expertise really set them apart from any other store I've been to. If you're serious about running, this is hands down the best local shop to visit!

Absolutely loved my experience at Minutes and Miles! If you’re into hiking, running, or just need quality outdoor gear, this is the place to go. They have an amazing selection of hiking boots, running shoes, and outdoor clothing – something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service, answering all my questions and making sure I got exactly what I needed. I ended up with a new pair of Salomon running shoes and two pairs of hiking boots (couldn’t pick just one!). Can’t wait to break them in on the trails. Highly recommend checking them out!

Michelle was so helpful in fitting us for new athletic shoes! She has a wide selection and so much knowledge about what works best for your particular stride. She put me in a pair of shoes that I swear are the best I have ever owned--like walking on a cloud. Highly recommend!

I was looking for some workout shoes that really supported my feet and body, as I was having back aches and balance issues. I had a wonderful experience at Minutes and Miles with Michelle. She spent probably an hour with me, helping me find the right workout shoes. She had an instrument that measured my feet and calculated my arch; she watched my walk and really talked to me about what I needed. Turns out I was wearing the wrong size and type of shoe. I bought two pair of shoes and also some great socks that have arch support. My feet and body are happy!

Owner Michelle was very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop is very nicely stocked for hiking, walking, trail running, all that fun stuff! Some ultralight gear including cook stoves and fuel canisters. I eyeballed some really nice trekking poles. Ended up buying some awesome Teva sandals for my wife. Go see them, we will be back.

We were so very lucky to stumble upon this shop in Panama City. They have a great selection of running shoes and workout clothing. As well as many other great items! The owner, Michelle, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!
