One of the finest stores for any baseball fan or glove collector to go to; like a baseball heaven. Great staff, selection of gloves, and selection merchandise. 5 stars, would recommend to any baseball fan in the area.

First time I went to visit this store I had a meh experience we went back only cause we were at the outlets no one helps you you have to chase them down or even ask if you need help even when a employee walks by when asking you to move so they can get by. Then you track them down for help and they know nothing.. went to the register to check out and the guy walks off to go help someone else cause my glove was 16$ and his bat was 300$ plus prolly. I’ll never go back

The managers refused service because I wouldn't wear a mask. The mandate from PBC has been lifted, and they should not force their customers to wear a mask. I went to Allstar Baseball off Forest Lake. They didn't force me to wear a mask, and the owner was so nice. I have been a part of baseball for 16 years and I will never give Rawlings another dime of my money.....

The guy was following my son and I to make sure we didn’t steal anything . As if African Americans can’t buy anything without getting profiled. Nor play baseball . It’s sicking . I won’t be spending my money at that place anymore !

Had them re-lace a catchers glove that I had bought about 4 years prior. Did an excellent job even cleaned the glove up and it looks like new.

Purchased a glove with a adjustable strap. Strap broke on first day. Contacted customer support with no response back. It’s been a month since purchasing and still no response from Rawlings.
