Sometimes a good review is how well a business handles the situations that are out of their control. I bought a Victus Nox from these guys and the shipping couldn't of been more of a disaster (not their fault, FedEx) but they were there every step of the way to reassure and check on the shipping. Staff returned all messages and stayed on top of it. Just got the bat today and it is beautiful! Thanks again guys! Definitely my go to source from now on.

I ordered two bats from them. I was not charged however I called multiple times to find out why my order was not fulfilled and my bats sent. I left messages but never heard one word back regarding my order. I have confirmation from when my order was placed. I had ordered the bats in plenty of time for my season. Not only did they not send my bats, they will not put forth the effort to let me know what happened.
