Best customer service. I had an issue with my zap bracelet (nothing that was her fault) and walked in not expecting much as I thought it was fair if she were to turn me away but she fixed me right up, no questions asked and with a permanent solution. The store is always so organized and clean and I enjoy seeing the doggy and just talking to the owners. Very kind people that deserve the business. ? Highly recommend.

This is a family owned business and the family is so sweet and amazing. We talked to them for about an hour after we were done. I looked at a couple of shops before going to this one. The others were really expensive and didnt have a lot of options. After seeing so many positive post, I went to JD Maclang. So glad I did! She took the time to help my choose the best chain. She encouraged me to feel them on my skin to make sure I would be comfortable sleeping with it. I was being indecisive about what to pick. She took the time to lay it down and show me how the different charms I chose would look, and the different ways I could piece it together. Her husband pulled up pictures to show me some options. I originally just wanted an anklet, but I will be going back for a bracelet.

My daughter and I went in to get bracelets today. The owner is super sweet and fast. She’s definitely a pro at zapping jewelry. A bonus pup is also walking around and pac man machine for the kids so that was a bonus.

My daughter and I went and got permanent jewelry today at JD Maclang Boutique in Panama City. The owners are so nice and they have such cute clothes there as well. I got sterling silver and my daughter got gold filled. They had many styles to choose from and cute connectors to put on them as well. Highly recommend if you’re down here and want something cute!!
