I have gone into the store a few times. The very last time I went into this store I said I would never go back because I believe the people that work there are very rude. Today my mother-in-law wanted to go into the store to check out to see if they had some certain items and we came across this really nice Christmas globe. We asked the people at the counter if we can make sure that it works because the lady already had it boxed up and ready to go. I know firsthand working in retail sometimes things that are boxed up do not work. So all we were asking was a few minutes of their time to plug it in and show that it worked. She literally started talking behind our backs to another co-worker at the counter. I have been in sales for quite a long time and I consider that extremely rude and inconsiderate. It literally took this woman with gray hair 5 minutes to unbox and plug in and just show us that the item work. I don't think that's asking too much do you? The attitude that this person had was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was with my mother-in-law and she was spending her hard-earned working money. We wanted to ensure that it worked and we were not getting something that when we got home didn't work because they do not give a refund back the way you paid for it, ONLY store credit. As my mother in law paid for it and I watched her walk away I did tell the ladies at the store how rude I thought they were. The one lady with the gray hair literally turned her back to me and started walking away like she had no time for me at all. Little did she know that my mother-in-law has stage 4 metastasize breast cancer and this will be her last Christmas she will be spending with us. Such a shame that these people are selling stuff to celebrate the Christmas holiday and they truly do not have it in their hearts. Do they know what people are truly going through in their lives? They can't take 5 minutes to plug something in to show us that it truly works and that we can enjoy it because this will be her last Christmas! I don't think so. Maybe you the lady with the gray hair can think about that? Maybe when you might be in your final months, I do hope you get people in retail who treat you with the true meaning of Christmas. This is the second time I've gone in the store and I find them extremely rude and inconsiderate and I promise you I will never shop here again. People work hard for their money and I can tell you my mother-in-law has worked very hard for hers. And to know that you don't get your money back and/or put back on your credit or debit card and you only get store credit back. I'm sure you want to ensure that what you are getting will work. Anyways, Merry Christmas everybody! Jesus is the reason for the season.
