Violetta, Jacklynn, Jodi, & Lily are absolutely amazing! I walked in the store this morning asking for help with my baby shower crisis. The business that was hired to create a balloon arch tried to cancel on us due to “a scheduling issues” yesterday-the day before the shower. After pleading with this business they finally said they would complete the order. Well, they completed the order with the wrong color scheme! Thankfully, I wandered into Amy’s looking for a solution. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly face and the question I needed to hear “can I help you with anything today”? I briefly told her what was going on and she seriously did not hesitate to say “girl, we’ve got you”! These girls literally had a two-hour time window to put together a very large balloon arch for my daughter’s baby shower. But they did it! And it is the most beautiful balloon arch I’ve seen. I couldn’t be more happy with the way it turned out. Amy’s has a life long customer out of me after this! Thank you again, girls!

I had an idea for a dart balloon game gender reveal and they exceeded my expectations! The owner recommended doing a small balloon wall with the blue balloons filled with confetti being the gender reveal. There was slight confusion over how many balloons should have had confetti, which made the game slightly off. However, the design was well worth it and looked beautiful.

I have been going to the old location for years, but the new store is too expensive. I prefer the old location and prices. Not as much selection of items as there was in the previous location, and the service was not as good. It’s just an expensive version of party city... The staff was also not as helpful or friendly as I read in previous reviews. I’m very disappointed as the employees were just laughing and playing around, it just seems like children are running the store. There are so many other places in Winter Haven/Lakeland that have similar products for less and have much better customer service. I would only return if it were my absolute last option.
