I usually try to give balanced reviews, but I have to be honest about my recent trip to this store. I was just looking for jeans in my size, which seemed simple enough. However, the employee who helped me was really difficult to deal with. She was short and seemed very irritable. Every time I asked something, she would roll her eyes and her tone was just rude. At one point, she muttered, "I don't get paid enough for this," and just walked away, leaving me without any help. It was a really disappointing experience. Good customer service is so important, and it just wasn’t there.

I'm not sure what their name was but I do hope management does something to address this.

My recent visit to the Buckle clothing store left me feeling quite disappointed due to the behavior of the store attendant assisting me. Throughout my shopping experience, the attendant, Avery, appeared visibly annoyed and rude. She frequently rolled her eyes and made facial expressions that suggested she found me irritating. Furthermore, her tone of voice came across as condescending, as if she believed I was incapable of understanding basic information. This disrespectful behavior made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more positive shopping environment for future customers.

I went in to find pants for my granddaughter which starts back to school. Being out for a long time. We found two pairs of black pants, tank top and a belt for both of us not to mention a very nice perfume for only $25. My granddaughter said the employees were helpful and nice. We will definitely be coming back there. We had only been in there a couple times. Will shop there more often.

If I could I will give 10 stars for this young helpful ladies Nicole and Cammie who work there. I made them work hard but they had smiling faces so pleasant to be around and thanks to their suggestions I bought 4 pair of jeans. I am looking forward to shop some more since I had so good expirience.

I think it’s time for a new manager in this store, because I have never met someone so rude and so downgrading. Angelica (the store manager) is very rude and unkind and my experience there sucked. The other workers were all very sweet and kind all but Angelica. I will be informing all my friends that when they shop there to avoid her at all cost because the way she treated me was so awful I even called my friend in tears walking out of the store because her nasty looks she gave me, her tone of voice, and above all the way the talked to me. Made me feel as if I was worthy of even stepping foot in the store. You don’t treat people like that. Even on a bad day.

They moved next to TJ Maxx and Ross at the crossroads Plaza, I absolutely love Buckle stores, this customer service representative, actually help me pick out jeans and even brought them to me in the fitting room. That is so awesome, nobody does that anymore. Rocco has always had the nicest jeans too, they are expensive, but they are worth it, they will definitely last you a lot longer than others as well.

I usually shy away from sales people but this place was casual and comfortable like there jeans. Adrian was patient and a great guide. Glad you guys got out of the mall
