Nikkis Glitz and Glam was my first stop to try on dresses and I can honestly say, Alexis WAS listening and she pulled many gorgeous gowns that I loved but most importantly she found The One that made me emotional! My daughter had a bridal appointment this past Sunday. From start to finish, the experience was perfection. C/Kathy was awesome. She walked us through every step of how to select our favorites and whittle it down from there. She has a great personality and we laughed a lot. Most importantly, my daughter found her perfect wedding dress. We couldn’t be more happy and excited.

The customer service here was lacking majorly. The sales associates were extremely snotty and pushy. You could hear them whispering about customers to each other and management. After reviewing YELP reviews it appears I’m not the only one who has noticed this and it’s been an issue for a while.

You almost felt as if you were bothering them and they had more important things to do. Then they give you zero time to think about a dress for a moment. They tried to pressure my niece into dresses she clearly wanted nothing to do with. Then they told her she didn’t need to try on the dress her mother wanted her to try. Ridiculous. Her mother is buying the dress and can have her try on something. Every mature adult knows you never know what you like until you try a few styles on to really feel out what you love ON you vs just the hanger.

I was so uncomfortable there. They were pressuring a poor mom next to us and it took everything for me not to say something. We left and went to dillards and got the dress my niece LOVED without feeling as if a sale associates day was ruined because they had to assist us.

Meh, I wasn't impressed. If you're coming for homecoming dresses, prepare to pay for an extremely over priced dress. You're definitely paying for the service (that's really really lacking) and getting the same dress you could get at the mall for $300-$400 less. I took one daughter here and bought her a dress that was $350 (choke) and I took my other two daughters to the mall and got them dresses at a combined cost of $180. All of the dresses are equally as beautiful so I'm just not sure why Nikki's prices are so crazy high. On top of that, honestly, the service is really not good. Our girl kept trying to convince us to stop trying on dresses because we "probably wouldn't like them anyway." I don't know, I was very uncomfortable there, feeling pressured to hurry up. Won't be back.
