Shop elsewhere! The management is absolutely the worst! Cindy was bad mouthing the employees in front of customers. The same employee “quit” in the middle of the shift. All while sweetly assisting customers. I didn’t catch her name but she didn’t deserve to be talked to or about like that in front of customers. To make matters worse, management decided that it was appropriate to announce it to everyone in the store that she quit and left her all alone. This made everyone in the store uncomfortable. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Absolutely rude then told customers waiting to pay to just leave. Unbelievably inappropriate.

I felt very uncomfortable when I went into the store. I was watched from the time I walked in to the time I left. They even had a man come in who stood by the exit as I had one of the reps help me look at a bracelet. I was approached by the large white sales lady, whom asked me if I needed anything. I said not at this time. She proceeded to follow me around the store. I was soo uncomfortable. I was the only person of color in there. No one else was treated the way I was. The other worker who was not white was actually kind. I don’t know if she was in on it, but I am disgusted. I went ahead and bought something. But if this is the way you treat your African American patrons. All Black people don’t steal!!!! It’s disgusting. I shop at Pandora all the time. I have never had a worker follow me like that. If I say I do t need anything at this time and just want to look, they allow me to walk around with no issue, if I need them I ask for help and it’s no issue. This time was terrible. I bought something anyway so I could have a time stamp and proof I was in there for when I call and file a real complaint.

I went into store today to have my bracelet and charms cleaned and I was told " I don't have time for you today. I have other customers" in a rude dismissive tone. I was told previously that they only do jewelry cleaning on the weekend when there are 2 people in the store. Today is Saturday.. So because I wasn't making a purchase the manager doesn't have time for you. I will never make another purchase from Pandora.

The manager, Ashley, and her staff, are amazing!! Although I don't go into the store every day or every week, when I do go into the store, Ashley remembers my name and tells me what is new that I would like! It is like she knows exactly what will make my day! When I was going through a very rough time, I went in and Ashley was very compassionate (we all were crying in the store). But when I left the store, I was smiling! Thank you Ashley for all you've done!!!!! Good people!!! Great service!!!

Love going to this location and working with Maritess. She is so kind and cheerful. The first time we met her, we came to Artsy after a nightmare experience at a local Pandora shop and she helped us and made us feel better after just a few minutes. She got us exactly what we needed and did it with a smile. We will not go anywhere else for our Pandora needs. The whole staff at this location is amazing.

I called ahead to make sure this location was available to visit I spoke with a Dear Lady named Caroline she was GREAT!! she was not only kind and knowledgeable but was ready for me when I arrived!! All products were pulled ahead of time!! Great experience thanks to that woman that was also the manager! I know she is busy but made me feel welcomed and special kudos to her!! The world needs more people in it like her
