Terrible customer service. Employees should not laugh at a customer for thinking a kids shirt with a pumpkin was part of the fall sale which was placed in the fall section. Then was told “fall and thanksgiving are completely different”. Fall is a season in which the thanksgiving holiday occurs. If it wasn’t on sale then don’t place it in the fall sale section.

Super fun store. Many beautiful and fun decorations for the home and for gift giving. I could have spent hours shopping there. Unfortunately, my 5 year old granddaughter did not allow . Customer service was above and beyond hospitable. Will be back next time I come to Texas.

Pretty rude customer service. The first time I called the little girl that answered was rude and hung up abruptly. The second time I called someone picked up the phone but did not say anything. The third and last time I called someone again picked up the phone, did not say anything again and only responded once I said hello. When I finally got to speak to someone she seemed peeved to even help me. I will take my business elsewhere.
