If you haven't been in in a while, you should. I had the pleasure of a nice conversation with the new owner?/manager. She was sweet as pie. I can only imagine how tough it would be to run a pawn shop with all the rules and regulations, along with rude customers. If you don't plan to receive less than your item is worth, don't take it to a pawn shop. If you are in need of a good conversation and are in need of PS4 games, A1 is the place to go. $20 PS4 games and a ton of blue ray as well.

Great experience and purchase. The fire and flood made it hard on buainesses being closed, but this shop was flexible in consideration to the terrible property loss suffered in Ruidoso, extending timelines for payment in spite of their own peraonal loss. Recommend for firearm shopping.

I don't know why this is even considered a pawn shop. Took a few electronics a laptop ,switch, Apple watch. They told us they do not except electronics due to being ripped off. Ok understandable. They asked if we had any tools we could bring in because there looking for tools so I went back home and came back with my chainsaw . They then told me there only taking " Still " chainsaws 🤔 my chainsaw is a 500$ Timberwolves cs5 90 . Don't see why thats not good enough? Anyway not even going to try going back there .

This is the worse place do ever do business with! You could feel the hostility as soon as you walked in! If you are a person who has colored skin dont even both walking in! The manager was rude and kicked us out as soon as we educated her on the gun laws! Nikki and Teri were by far the best employees this business ever had! Since the new manager came in, she is just an awful unprofessional employee! This pawn shop isnt even worth it anymore! And needs to be closed!

I talked to a lady at this pawn shop today on the phone and I pride myself as always being very respectable. I made her an offer, in a polite manner, a fair offer I thought, and she hung up on me. Now I understand why this pawn shop has a very poor rating.

I came here yesterday wanting to sell a Galaxy Tab E 32GB never used for half of what it's worth. Its originally worth $275 I was just wanting $100 at the least but the lady would rather give me $20 for it then sell it at here for a little more than its worth. Also to add on the rudeness and bad attitude from these ladies, horrible experience.Very Disappointed! Not a good business to make amends with. Will not come back. Do not recommend.
