Dead car battery? No problem. Elliott and Lisa has got you covered. Elliott ran a test on the battery, declared it dead on the spot. Lisa gave me a sweet military discount on a new battery and Elliott slapped it in there. Took about 10 minutes. Amazing service and better people. Will be back.

When I bought my battery and extension to put in battery. I was told my phone number would be able to pull up transaction due to buying battery that has a warranty. The younger individual who said he found transactions but could not find the socket extension in system but the Pace Blvd store where I originally purchased could see it. Now I have drive across town to return a product that was never used. Hard to believe that a company this large is not networked together like Autozone. I'm a former employee (part sales manager). I asked a bunch of questions to both employees to fully understand because this purchase was less than 5 days. As I was leaving I could hear the older gentlemen talking very unprofessional about myself to another customer. He was being defensive because him and his associate were talking in circles and they BOTH knew rhey were in the wrong. I spent almost $200 on this batteryand will NEVER make another purchase at any Advanced Auto Part store. Thank you for the great unprofessional customer service.

Very poor experience with this location, I will not being using them again due to the service. A simple battery change turned into a much major issue. The older fellow with a beard was very nice in assisting us, however, he installed a bad battery. No test was performed on the battery once the vehicle would not start, after a few minutes of research, he said it’s a more serious issue and they would pay for it. They paid for a tow to my trusted mechanic. Then my mechanic jumped it then ran a battery test and it failed. I then contacted this store again and informed them of the discovery’s by my mechanic. The fellow working on the phone this afternoon immediately gave an attitude saying that if I brought it back, that they would test it themselves, and that IF it actually tested bad, and IF I had the receipt, that they would exchange. I felt that I was being insulted like I was doing something underhanded, and that they were challenging the integrity of the PepBoys location that I use. you bring it back and if you can find the receipt if on and on. This cost me a rental trip of the vehicle due to the incompetence of the employees. I highly discourage the use of this location. The only saving grace is our mechanic contacted another Advance location, and they were finally able to resolve the issue. This store didn’t give the best impression the first few times, and know all I can say is drive somewhere else if you actually want your issue taken care of, or proper service.
