I had two rusty necklaces and a past due Cleaning for my wedding ring set. I was so amazed how clean he made everything, especially my rusty necklaces. I had to leave my necklaces to be cleaned because he explained that the condition of my necklaces would take hours. He did an amazing job. He doesn't do much small talk, as I like to engage with conversation with people at times, he didn't. His wife on the other hand is very nice & will somewhat entertain conversation with you. Thanks for the amazing service. I will go back.

November 2022: They no longer will clean any of my items. All of my jewelry, especially my wedding set, that have small diamonds, they will no longer clean. They told my husband it would be best for me to use a toothbrush with toothpaste. They said that the machine that they use to clean jewelry will cause the diamonds to come out. I respect that. However, they were cleaning them previously. So, disappointed ? I haven't found a place yet that I like to clean my jewelry. So, for that reason, I'm taking my 5 star rating down to a 2 star.

I brought my engagement ring and wedding band to have cleaned after I made the idiotic mistake of cleaning a paint brush while still wearing my rings. I had paint deeply lodged all around the diamonds. ?Thankfully the owner of the store was able to get my rings looking like brand new again! Even the white gold that typically has tiny scratches you can see when you face your palm upwards has totally been erased! The owner was super kind and accomodating and I could not be happier with the service I received here today.
