We purchased a quartz counter top from you thru Lowe's this last summer (sorry this is so late). I just wanted to let you know that we are very happy with both the countertop and the installation! The crew did a very professional job and it looked great when they were done!

The $6000 quartz countertop job turned into a $9000 mistake. The countertop was installed with dirty handprints that cannot be removed and they cut the countertop in half so it was easier to carry in the house for installation. Therefore, the bar countertop has an odd seam in the middle. When installing, they dinged, scraped, and splattered the adhesive all over our custom cabinets and ruined them. As a result, the cost to fix the cabinetry is $9000. This project started in July 2021 and still has not been corrected. The manager said they were turning a claim into their insurance but he will no longer respond. They screen their calls and will not answer our calls nor respond to our emails.

Worst experience ever – take your money elsewhere!

We purchased a quartz countertop and sink from Affinity in February and an install date was given the day of purchase. One day before the install date we were informed that instead of one seam, they would have to do two seams in the countertop. The day of the install we were called again (by Kyle) to let us know the sink was cracked during shipping, but they would still be bringing the countertop and the sink would be delayed one day. One week passes, meanwhile we have no kitchen sink, and after numerous calls to the office they finally get out and install the sink and counter. Once installed, the seam is an entirely different color and looks like they cut the quartz with a dull blade or something – sparkling white quartz countertop with a yellow adhesive in the seam. They have since been out two more times to “fix” the issue and it looks exactly the same. The last person I spoke to, Moe, said he would come out personally and inspect and get back to me the next day – that was three weeks ago. I called again and spoke to the woman in the office who told me that she would personally see that I get a call back the next day and I have heard nothing.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere for your countertop needs. While they may have great product, their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Our experience with Affinity was terrific! From start to finish they were proffessional and very acomadating. Their prices were the best in the area ,and they had a great selection. The installers were wonderful, we couldn't be happier!! Looking foward to using them again for our next project!!

Cut a piece of quartz for the bottom sill of a bay window. Had a great choice of granite and quartz on hand. Fit nicely. A job well done.
