I was 90% sure I was going to end up with these people just by the first inquiry phone call. Right from the get go, they were so pollite and knowledgeable. I asked the questions I didn't listen to any rehearsed speaches. It was all about me and my needs for assistance. I was very impressed by what they had to offer. In product and knowledge. I'm pretty darn happy and I just ordered my hearing aids today. Just wait till I have them.

Not happy we just wasted an hour driving to Elkhart to be asked if we were vaccinated. I asked why they have the right to ask us? Would have been nice to have known at the Elkhart County Fair that we would need a vaccine or a mask.. I am sending them a bill for our time! Don't advertise and withhold information. Thank you! We are not in a pandemic any more than there is s flu pandemic. Our whole family had COVID in November of 2020. We are more immune than people who are vaccinated. My family doctor just told me he wore a mask the whole time and he got it anyways. The whole thing is wrong and not scientific. Why don't you follow the science instead of hysteria? We as old people have medical reasons for what we do. We like to have our wishes respected. Our money will not go where people don't have common sense. And how many booster shots do you need anyways?Nope. Not for us. We saw you at the fair several years ago. You need to tell people when you schedule appointments with them and give good information about your rules. Then we need to ask you if you're current on your whole list of vaccines, including flu. Of course we know to stay away from you now.
