Bought my first gun here and I couldn't be more happy with it and the service that these people provided to a novice like me. This store has an excellent selection of firearms and a very kind staff as well. I definitely think this is the best gun store in the valley.

Buying guns is seasonal and saying the snowbirds don't buy anything is believable, yet even out of season Jeff the owner paid me exactly what I bought a recent safe find for. FN FAL licensed to Imbul in Brazil. He knew the battle rifle and many micro facts. He discloses what he will sell it for, inventory turn where applicable and my side in trade or cash. They recognize locals here. They sell reloads and used gun accessories. I would like to see all the used gear available. There is no bologna here. Rare items and budget ones come and go swiftly. Great place you can check in daily as inventory turns!

I remember when going to this store used to be so much fun. Now everyone seems mad, big guy behind counter got mad at me for asking to see “to many guns”. I ended up buying one anyways because they had what I wanted. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore to anyone which is a shame. Jeff Serdy is a great human, and it’s a shame he has angry people who work for him.

The people and the stuff they sell are a joke... Every person that works there aside from one gentleman I had a decent interaction with. The ammo they sell isn't what your buying, they buy bulk range ammo and slappem in an actual 50 round box... Example recently purchased a box of blazer .40 cal 180 gr ammo just to find out that they were from a Winchester value pack 165 gr that's improper business and down right disgusting. On top of all those issues it's almost like they aim to make your day worse, like if you hate your job so much go do something else don't make every customers experience bad

I have bought several guns from this shop through out the years from my Tisas 1911 ,Glock 23,Radical Ar15,century Arms AK,tarus 357 & much more I am familiar with all the staff the dogs and each area as long as I have been coming some days people are friendly and welcoming some days not a word until today this morning around 9:30 AM the store was receiving Ammo and I was looking at the revolvers and the lowers for the AR15 which I was going to buy today until one of the staff forced my out the way No Excuse me or courtesy at all could feel the energy of them staring so I stepped away slowly even doing that I was not respected in the slightest was they stepped on my toes and my sandals I was wearing like if I’m an animal not a person I can tolerate a lot but I won’t tolerate disrespect I am a private citizen and have much experience in the customer service lead position keep in mind as the customer today I felt obligated to move and majorly disrespected not even a sorry any acknowledgement by the employee more worried about the product for the stores money than the customers needs or respect I am mature enough to remove myself from certain situations it’s very clear it’s family owned and I have always showed the upmost respect specifically choosing this location to support their local business, I’ve always ignored the fact I’m the only minority when I’m there I will not be returning to a place I’m physically disrespected this is not ok at all.

Love my new rifle but they have changed the prices. Prices are a little bit high on ammo, I remember couple years ago they would have the best prices of ammo in town. Not only their price of ammo went up but also the rifles did too. The only reason I gave it 3 star is because the customer service there has changed in the passed year. Not as good or friendly as it used to be. Bummer.

Always have an interesting assortment of firearms and accessories. I agree with others though some of the workers really seem like they don't want to be there.
