Fabulous store with outstanding courteous and professional customer service from Alia today. I have been to many shoe stores since my stroke has caused me to have to wear an afo in my left shoe. Alia had infinite knowledge and patience in helping me find the perfect shoe for my afo! I have had to return many shoes I bought on Amazon because they did not fit correctly with my afo. I needed help and Alia at Alex’s is my heroine! Look no further - go see Alia?

I come here for shoe modifications through the VA and each time is a great experience. I think it's always been a quick and easy trip, I come in and drop my shoes off and they call when I can go pick up. Great work on my shoes/boots, and great customer service.

Магазин очень понравился. Есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. Огромное спасибо Ульяне. Я испытываю боль в ноге, когда ношу закрытую обувь. Не помогает и хорошая фирменная обувь. Чтобы попасть к врачу - это очень долгая история. Здесь мне рассказали, какие у меня проблемы и почему. Подобрали специальные кроссовки последней модели New Balance. Обув эти кроссовки, я почувствовал такОе облегчение. Так комфортно мне не было никогда.
Также здесь изготавливают ортопедические стельки и есть ортопедическая обувь на все времена года. Цены немного выше, чем в обычном магазине, но оно того стоит.

Рекомендую этот магазин. Если вы испытываете какой либо дискомфорт или боли в ногах, приходите. Вам помогут, подскажут, проконсультируют.

I have feet that are supranated ( roll outward when walking) and cause hip and IT band pain. Richard, at this store, fitted me with the insert and shoe that should alleviate the problem. I’ve had them two weeks now and there’s a noticeable improvement. Plus, this store is “ old school “ … the customer actually gets real individual service. So anyone out there is having some foot issues,etc., this is the place you want to go to.

As someone who works in public service , I’m on my feet wearing boots for at least 10 hours a day. For a long time I had pain in my feet because of this . After going to Alex’s , They were able to fix my issue and sold me custom inserts as well as a pair of nice leather boots. Now I no longer suffer from pain in my feet after a full day at work! Excellent customer service!

Richard at Alex's Comfort Shoes spent a long time finding and modifying shoes for me. His customer service was excellent. Over the last year I've been able to walk less and for shorter distances due to increasing foot pain and had been unable to find shoes that helped at all. I've been wearing the new shoes for a couple of weeks now. Thanks to his patience and Alex's store, I can now walk with some comfort and not excruciating pain. HIghly recommend them.

I have been coming here for the past four years for shoes/work boots with custom inserts from the VA. I am always surprised with the high level of customer service & the speed of getting my shoes provided by Richard. Highly recommend Alex's Comfort Shoes.
